State of Wisconsin Use of Private Funds in Election Administration Referendum
Question 1 – Vote for one
"Use of private funds in election administration. Shall section 7 (1) of article III of the constitution be created to provide that private donations and grants may not be applied for, accepted, expended, or used in connection with the conduct of any primary, election, or referendum?"

Explanation of Question 1: Makes Zuckerbucks illegal, amending Wisconsin State Constitution prohibiting use of private funds in public election administration.  ("Zuckerbucks" were funds in 2020 provided by Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook, supposedly to sign up voters, regardless of political affiliation).   Think:  The state has billions in cash reserves.  Counties can request funding from the state legislature, not accept private funds.
